Vitatabs Folate contains 400 µg of folic acid, i.e., folate. The Quatrefolic® folate in the product is a bioactive form of folic acid (L-methylfolate) that is most readily utilized by the body.

Folate contributes to tissue growth during pregnancy and normal blood formation, and it plays a role in the process of cell division. It also contributes to normal psychological functions, the normal function of the immune system, and normal homocysteine metabolism, and helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue.
Contains no ingredients of animal origin.
Lactose-free, yeast-free, gluten-free.
