Calcia® Bone Triple 90 tablets contain highly absorbable VitaMK7® menaquinone, i.e., vitamin K2, plant-based vitamin D3 from lichen, and natural Aquamin™ calcium carbonate from the seaweed Lithothamnion calcaereum.

The product does not contain any animal-derived ingredients, so it is also suitable for vegans.
Vitamin K is an important regulator of blood clotting. We obtain vitamin K from vegetables and as a result of intestinal bacterial activity. The vitamin K in vegetables is vitamin K1, i.e., phylloquinone. Intestinal bacteria produce vitamin K2, i.e., menaquinone. Natural VitaMK7® menaquinone is produced through fermentation, and no chemical substances are used in its manufacturing process. Regulating blood clotting is not the only function of vitamin K: vitamin K2 prevents calcium from accumulating in blood vessel walls and helps calcium bind to the skeletal structure, strengthening the bones. Vitamin D maintains immune system function, promotes calcium absorption, maintains calcium balance, and is important for bones, teeth, and muscles. The plant-based vitamin D3 contained in the product enhances the binding of calcium to bone tissue.
