Ferroforte Iron Tablets with Vitamin C

Ferroforte 100 – Iron and Vitamin C Tablets

Contains iron in three compounds – iron citrate, iron fumarate and iron sulphate – plus vitamin C, which increases iron absorption. A long-acting, strong iron supplement for increased iron needs. Lactose-, gluten-, yeast-free, unsweetened and vegan.

Dosage

Adults: 1 tablet daily, swallowed whole with plenty of liquid. Avoid taking at the same time as tea, coffee, dairy products or calcium supplements, which slow iron absorption.
