Daily dosage
The daily dosage of 2-4 capsules contains:
Shiitake mushroom extract 500 mg – 1000 mg

Dosage
2-4 capsules per day. If desired, the capsule can be opened and the contents consumed as is or mixed with food. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, or for those suffering from an autoimmune disease.
