Daily dosage
The daily dosage of 1 tablet contains:
1.9 mg of melatonin

Dosage
For falling asleep: 1 tablet per day in the evening before bedtime.*

For falling asleep due to jet lag: 1 tablet near bedtime on the first day of travel and the following few days.**

The tablet can be sucked or swallowed with liquid.

*The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin close to bedtime.

**The beneficial effect is obtained by taking a dose of at least 0.5 mg close to bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at the destination.
