The daily dose of 1 tablet contains:

Red yeast rice 99.7 mg, of which

monacolin K 2.99 mg

Ubiquinone 10 mg

Vitamin B12 2.5 µg (100 %)*

Vitamin B6 1.4 mg (100 %)*

Folic acid 200 µg (100 %)*

Dosage

1 tablet daily, preferably in the evening. Tablets can be halved, chewed into smaller pieces, or crushed and mixed with food if necessary. The recommended daily dose must not be exceeded. The daily amount must not exceed 3 mg of monacolin K. Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women, children under 18 years of age, adults over 70 years of age, those suffering from liver disease, or organ transplant recipients. Consult a doctor about using this product if you have health issues and ensure the compatibility of the red yeast rice product with any prescription medications you are taking. This product should not be used if you are taking cholesterol-lowering medication or if you are already using other products containing red yeast rice. Do not drink grapefruit juice when using red yeast rice.

Physiological effects

Redasin® Forte Red yeast rice–ubiquinone–B-vitamin tablets are a food supplement for heart and cardiovascular health.

The red yeast rice in the product is obtained by fermenting white rice with the Monascus purpureus mold. This fermentation process creates a strong red pigment. The discolored rice grains are dried and ground.

Regular use of red yeast rice reduces the levels of ubiquinone in the body; therefore, ubiquinone has been added to Redasin® Forte to compensate for the body's reduced production.

Ubiquinone (coenzyme Q10) is a very strong, fat-soluble, vitamin-like substance found in every cell of our body. Ubiquinone is produced in the liver, but its production decreases due to factors such as age, certain illnesses, and medications.

Redasin® Forte contains important nutrients for the well-being of the heart and blood vessels. In addition to red yeast rice and ubiquinone, the product contains a combination of three B vitamins: folic acid, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12, which contribute to normal homocysteine metabolism and the normal function of the immune system.
