Contains tryptophan, magnesium, and vitamin B6, which nutritionally facilitate falling asleep and promote uninterrupted sleep and a healthy sleep cycle.

Daily dosage 1-2 tablets contains:

L-tryptophan 260 - 520 mg
Magnesium 100 - 200 mg (27-54 %)*
Vitamin B6 5-10 mg (357-714 %)*
*of the daily reference intake

Dosage: 1–2 tablets daily with liquid on an empty stomach half an hour before bedtime or if waking up at night. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, or for use simultaneously with sleeping pills or antidepressants.
