Physiological effects
The composition of Visiobalance® Opti tablets is designed for the benefit of the eyes.
Especially recommended for the elderly as well as persons who spend a lot of time in front of display terminals or frequently use smartphones, mobile devices, or other blue-light emitting devices, or are exposed to LED lights. Also recommended for those exposed to sunlight for long periods.
Marigold extract: standardized amount of lutein and zeaxanthin: 2 tablets contain 10 mg of lutein and 0.5 mg of zeaxanthin.
Bilberry powder: For eye circulation and the condition of capillaries.
Pycnogenol® maritime pine bark extract: Especially important for maintaining the good condition of capillary walls (elasticity, permeability) and, through that, the health of the fundus of the eye.
Vitamins C, E, B6, B12, and folic acid: Many vitamins affect eye health. Vitamins C and E are significant antioxidants. They protect cells from oxidative stress. The product's B vitamins act by, among other things, lowering blood homocysteine levels.
Zinc and manganese: Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal vision. Manganese contributes to the normal formation of connective tissue. Zinc and manganese protect cells from oxidative stress.
