High-strength Vitamar 1000 capsules contain ethyl-esterified fish oil. One capsule contains 1020 mg of Omega-3 fatty acids, of which 600 mg is E-EPA, 300 mg is E-DHA, and 120 mg consists of other fatty acids. Fish oil has many beneficial health effects for the heart, brain, and eyes. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart.
