TERMS OF DELIVERY
Where we ship. We deliver within Finland and Sweden. We do not deliver to Åland. Large furniture is scheduled separately by our logistics partner.
Processing & delivery time. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days, stock permitting; delivery then typically takes a further 2–5 business days depending on the method chosen. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking by email, and we'll contact you proactively about any significant delay.

Delivery costs may change; we'll always announce changes in advance.
Tracking your order. You'll receive tracking by email. If a non-furniture order hasn't arrived within the normal window, contact us and we'll follow it up for you.
Delays. If a delay is on our side, we'll notify you and offer an extended delivery time; if we still can't deliver, you may cancel for a full refund. We're not liable for delays beyond our control (e.g. carrier disruptions) but will keep you informed and help minimise them; if the delay becomes significant you may cancel for a refund of anything paid but not received.
Missed delivery. If no one can receive the parcel and it can't be left safely, the carrier will contact you to re-arrange delivery. If redelivery isn't arranged and the parcel returns to us, we'll contact you for instructions; additional shipping costs may apply. If we can't reach you despite reasonable efforts, we may cancel the order.
Risk & required information. Responsibility for the goods passes to you on delivery to your address. To deliver, we need a valid Finnish phone number and a complete, correct address; if required information is missing we may be unable to deliver on time or may cancel the order.
